1 Who Am I?

This photo is of my family in our backyard.

My name is Rosie.  I am a wife, mother of 3, and daughter of 2 amazing parents that have taught me the Gospel of Jesus Christ by example.  Striving to be a disciple of Christ is something I try to strive for on a daily basis.  I work part-time as a pharmacist and enjoy helping people improve their health.  I like to volunteer in my sons’ school classes once a week for several hours.   I teach an 8 year old group of Cub Scouts (Cub Scouts – Boy Scouts of America)  once a week.    I’m far from perfect but I try to improve myself in many different areas,  because I have so many weaknesses.

The second photo is of my children at the Payson LDS Temple Payson Utah LDS (Mormon) Temple – LDS Temples that was just completed in June 2015.

The chauffeur stage of my life is upon me so I am constantly running kids around to activities such as piano, orchestra, tennis, flag football, basketball, chess club, robotics and Young Women Young Women – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day  and Young Men Aaronic Priesthood | Guidelines – The Church of Jesus …/Boy Scouts Boy Scouts of America at the LDS Church The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  In the past, my husband has called my work at the pharmacy, “Your weekly vacation.”.   Even after all this,  my wife and mother responsibilities which I am grateful for are still there.  It’s a busy stage of my life.  I don’t like being idle so I’m happy.  My hobbies include travelling,  scrapbooking, playing the piano, and now Danish Genealogy.  Just like everyone else in the world, I’m busy.

I started doing Danish Family History in 2014.   I have had fun becoming a detective, finding the missing records, and solving some family mysteries.    As a child & youth, mystery novels were my favorite.  Now I can be like Nancy Drew Nancy Drew – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia solving mysteries without any danger except for taking a lot of time solving my mysteries.

Recently, I found a missing cousin’s family that my father remembered as a child.  Through some detective work and inspiration, I was able to locate the cousin’s child and reunite them with their 1st cousin.  One year ago, I wouldn’t have believed that I could have done that, but through persistent work, thought, and guidance from the Holy Ghost Holy Ghost – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  I’ve also had some strong feelings that I need to make a blog or website so here it is!

Here is some more about me.    www.mormon.org/me/9NR4/Rosie  This is found at I’m a Mormon – Mormon.org.
